This Privacy Policy explains what information TrendForge AI (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) the profile information Google returns.
- Content you create — niches, keywords, drafts, and sites you generate in the Service.
- Billing data — plan tier and subscription status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Usage data — the actions you take in the Service (e.g. how many keyword generations you've used this month) so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Log data — technical logs from our infrastructure (IP, request timestamps, error traces) retained for security and debugging.
How we use it
- Operate the Service and provide the features you request.
- Enforce plan limits and process payments.
- Send transactional email (sign-in, receipts, limit notifications).
- Debug issues and improve the product.
- Detect abuse and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not train third-party AI models on it.
Subprocessors
We use these providers to operate the Service:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — application hosting, database, authentication.
- Lovable AI Gateway — routing AI model requests.
- Google (OAuth) — optional sign-in with Google.
- Payment processor — Stripe, for subscription billing.
Each subprocessor only receives the minimum data needed to perform its function.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us at privacy@trendforge.appsstore.dev and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We'll announce material changes to this policy in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
