These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrendForge AI (the "Service"), operated by the app owner ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
TrendForge AI is an AI-assisted research and content-generation tool that helps users discover niches, generate keyword ideas, and build content sites. Output is generated automatically and is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars via our payment processor. Monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you generate and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
6. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for verifying facts, complying with applicable disclosure rules (including affiliate disclosures), and ensuring published content meets the requirements of any third party (search engines, ad networks, affiliate programs).
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (payment processing, AI models, email delivery). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific traffic, revenue, ranking, or business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
